Shipping policy

All orders are processed same day to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We move product as fast as humanly for our customers, but please note that delays out of our control such as current USPS and Holiday seasonal rush, we can not guarantee a certain delivery date. We use the estimates given by our shipping providers. They are usually close and accurate.

 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Ultimately we desire our customers to get their product the way they would like. We try to give our customers the best options for shipping. Due to the weight of our products and sometimes differing combinations of our products, every shipment is different. Our store offers UPS and USPS for you to select from when shipping. If we can get your item to you faster and cheaper, we reserve the right to select from an alternate carrier - unless otherwise specified, please contact us.

If you pay for expedited shipping, we will not alter your shipping choice for a cheaper one slower option.

If you have custom shipping requirements, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate.

 

Most of our small order (3 or less) product goes out using USPS Regional Rate Boxes.

Those typically take 2 days once shipped.

Larger shipments usually go out UPS and can take from 2-7 days once shipped.

 


Local delivery

Local delivery is available for large orders. Please contact us for quantity requirements and area.


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We currently do NOT offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time, and you have received shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lifecycleorganic@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you know the limitations of your shipping address. We can't be held liable for this information.
